Membership Policy

This page sets out how membership at Aquafin Swim School works. Replace the wording below with the exact policy text from your existing WordPress page before the site goes live.

Enrolment

Enrolment is ongoing and continues from week to week until you tell us otherwise. Lessons run year-round with a break over Christmas and the New Year period.

Your place in a class is held for as long as your account is current.

Fees and payment

Fees are charged in advance through the enrolment portal. Payment details and billing cycles are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

Please contact reception if you need to update your payment details.

Missed lessons and make-ups

Let us know in advance if your child cannot attend. Make-up lessons are offered subject to availability.

Make-up lessons cannot be transferred or redeemed for a refund.

Changing class times

You are free to change classes at any time, as long as we have an available space and time that suits your preference. You don’t have to wait for re-enrolments.

Cancelling membership

Written notice is required to cancel your enrolment. Contact reception by email to start the process.

Pool closures

In the unlikely event of an unplanned closure we will contact you directly and arrange a make-up lesson.

Behaviour and safety

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times outside of their lesson. Please follow all poolside signage and instructions from our staff.
